Located on the western slope of Epomeo, it boasts two cellars carved into the rock. In the upper cellar, the oldest, there is a rock-cut wine press similar to those in the nearby Falanga forest. Biancolella is made using techniques passed down from Uncle Vincenzo, who passed on his love of the vineyard to his brother-in-law Antonio and nephew Giuseppe.
